What can be communicated through PALEX’s Internal Information System?
(i) Situations of labour or sexual harassment, fraud, corruption or irregular practices by suppliers or other third parties.
(ii) Any breach of the Code of Ethics or of the rest of the internal regulations, processes and controls of the Compliance System.
(iii) Any violation of the applicable legislation in force.
(iv) Doubts about the application of the Compliance System.
